1. Non-Refundable Services

Fees paid for availing any Rescigo Health service, once successfully submitted or for successful bill payment services, are non-refundable. The amount paid for these services may be settled directly with the respective departments.

2. Refund for Unsuccessful Transactions

In the event of transactions that are not successful, an automatic refund will be initiated according to the guidelines and timelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Government. We will promptly process refunds for transactions that do not result in successful service delivery.

3. Departmental Policies

Users are encouraged to review the specific “Cancellation/Refund Policy” provided by the respective department or service page before making payments. Some departments may have policies that override the general site/app-wide policy, especially for certain services. Please check for any potential deviations in departmental policies.

4. Refundable Caution Deposit

Refundable caution deposits, as applicable, are eligible for a refund only after a lock period of 12 months. During this period, the caution deposit is held to ensure compliance with Rescigo Health’s terms and conditions. After the completion of the 12-month lock period, the refund process will be initiated.

5. E-commerce Store Refund Policy

a. Product Returns: If you have purchased products from our e-commerce store and wish to return them, please refer to the individual product’s return policy. Each product may have specific terms regarding returns, including timelines and conditions. These policies are outlined on the respective product pages.

b. Refunds for Returned Products: Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process as per the product’s return policy. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
